Digital video conference calls can be facilitated with Design Cloud where any of the questions you have can be addressed including a run through working samples. We can arrange for you to join one of our weekly meetings with the team in the Philippines because we understand that this will be a big undertaking on your behalf, but we can guarantee you that you that this will lead to a significant improvement in output and efficient for your business.
We evaluate your current work requirements and this is then assigned to an Architect/Engineer depending on the type of project that you require. The assignment is then monitored by a supervisor in Design Cloud to ensure that the work is prepared in accordance with regulations and standard and to avoid any potential issues of non-compliance. Once checked and validated by Design Cloud the completed project will be sent to you for your appraisal and if any necessary changes are required these will be completed and this process will continue until you are 100% satisfied with the assignment and then it will be released to yourself. The same process is used for Fire Certificates and DAC’s.
All the documentation will be released back to you in relation to your service requirements and will be compliant to the current regulations in Ireland. With regards to the BCAR compliance process all the necessary information / documentation can be uploaded onto the BCMS portal. system. It is inevitable that from time to time that Building Control Officers or Fire Officers may seek further clarification or queries and these are all dealt with as request further information (RFI’s) by the same Engineer or Architect that completed your initial drawings. It is up to you to ensure that your stamp is put also on the documentations in the way that meets your requirements.

Meticulous attention to detail will be given to the project requirements in particular preparation of compliance drawings and specifications. This will ensure that the uploaded documentation including tenders are compliant with the Irish Building Regulations, Standards and good building practice.
Initially, consultation takes place with you and the necessary project information (includings, planning permission reference, drawings, mapping, topographical, limitations) will be released to our Design Cloud team in the Philippines where one of the supervising staff will receive the project requirements and then allocate to the most suitable staff member be that an Architect, or Engineer (your resource) and supervise the work on an ongoing bases until completed. Along the process any changes can be accommodated as the design is developing, and there will be ongoing communication and collaboration with you through the assignment.
Your Design Cloud Architect or Engineer will compile a set of detailed construction drawings, specifications tailored to the requirements of BCAR and BCMS standards. During the process you will have input into this work which will be supervised by our staff. This completed assignment will be sent back to your to be reviewed and refined, Then in collaboration with you the final documents, which will have been reviewed for accuracy and compliance will be ready for submission
